What is your Second Hand Policy?

- Second hand books must be in good condition
- Second hand textbooks that we accept have to be relevant (CAPS) to the current curriculum.
- It is highly recommended that the books do not have any pencil markings/notes. Books that feature any pencil markings/notes will be heavily penalised in terms of pricing.
- We do not accept books that ...
- have had their cover torn or any pages missing
- have highlighting or pen writing in them
- have names written on any part of the fore edges
- Books must come with original CDs. Certain textbooks are issued with a free CD that contains additional material. If an individual is selling such a book, it is required that the CD must accompany it.
- Books that are purchased according to demand and in peak times only. Those times are between 01 October - 25 January

What do we do with the 2nd hand books?

- If we cannot take in the books for whatever reason then we do donate them to indigent schools such as;

- Zevenfontein Educational Fund
- Vele Secondary School
- Blue Eagle High School
- Cosmo City Secondary School
- Thisanang Pre Primary
- Hope For All Outreach NPC
- World Vision

Do you sell university books?

- Unfortunately we do not buy or sell university textbooks.

Do you deliver to the school?

- We only deliver bulk orders to the school, as arranged by the school.
- We can arrange a courier for you at a small additional charge.
- Please contact the store for details and a quote.

What are your trading hours?

- Weekdays 9am - 4pm
- Saturdays 9am - 12 noon
- We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Can we order our hard copy book online?

- Hard copy books can be purchased online and delivered to the address you provide during checkout.
- The order will only be delivered once payment is done and all the books are packed.
- Please call to check stock before placing your online order to ensure you receive all your books timeously.
- The online store will not be available between 01 December and 31 January.

Where exactly are you?

- We are located in the Ferndale Village Shopping Centre, on the corner of Main Ave and Oxford Street, Ferndale, Randburg.
